IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

In light of the current situation regarding COVID-19 and the health emergency decreed by the Quebec government, we wish to inform you of the preventive measures we have put in place to ensure the safety of our employees, clients and partners.
We rely on the recommendations and information provided by government authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO) to establish our health and safety measures. We are carefully monitoring the situation to adjust our actions.
In order to comply with new health regulations, we must limit the number of employees and customers in our stores.  Delays are to be expected when you visit the store or to speak with one of our advisors.

 

Our temporary opening hours are as follows:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 10 am to 6 pm -   SATURDAY from 9 am to 2 pm / Limit of customers maximum in our store

WEARING A MASK IS NOW MANDATORY 

If you have symptoms, do not come to the store.

USED / REFURBISHED APPLIANCES

The refurbishment of our used appliances is also slowed down and we are encountering supply difficulties.  Inventory levels of used appliances are well below what they should be. As a result, our selection of refurbished appliances in our store is more limited than usual.

REPLACEMENT PARTS COUNTER

Order ONLY online or by phone. Consult our section dedicated to replacement parts. We can ship your order or you can also choose to pick up your order in store WITHOUT CONTACT from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please wait for confirmation of the availability of your order before coming to the store. 

CLEANING PRODUCTS / BULK STATION 

It is possible to shop for your cleaning products from our dedicated section to ecological cleaning products. We can ship your order or you can also choose to pick up your order in store WITHOUT CONTACT from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please wait for confirmation of the availability of your order before coming to the store.

NEW APPLIANCE UNPACKED

Shop in the comfort of your home and explore our selection of new appliances! Create your account on our online store and access all our liquidation prices.
Approximate home delivery time at this point: 5-7 business days *(except for direct shipping).
You can also choose to pick up your order in store WITHOUT CONTACT. Please wait for confirmation of the availability of your order before coming to the store.

PAYMENT

We are now accepting cash payments in addition to card payments (Interac, Visa, and Master Card).

REPAIR SERVICE

Please note that our in-home repair service is interrupted for an undetermined period of time starting March 20, 2020. 
We will notify you when the in-home service resumes.

Health measures in force :

IN STORE
-More rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedure.  Our installations are subject to a disinfection procedure several times a day with special attention to high-contact areas.
-Handwashing with antiseptic gel is mandatory for all clients and wearing a mask is mandatory.
-Our employees are provided with personal protective equipment if necessary.
-Addition of protective screen at the cash counter.
-Disinfection of the cash counter and payment terminal after each customer.


HOME DELIVERY
-We ask all our customers to respect a distance of 2 meters at all times with our delivery people.
-Before each delivery, our deliverymen disinfect their hands with an antiseptic gel and they wear a mask when accessing your home.
