USED / REFURBISHED APPLIANCES

The refurbishment of our used appliances is also slowed down and we are encountering supply difficulties.  Inventory levels of used appliances are well below what they should be. As a result, our selection of refurbished appliances in our store is more limited than usual.

REPLACEMENT PARTS COUNTER

Order ONLY online or by phone. Consult our section dedicated to replacement parts. We can ship your order or choose to pick up your order in store with your contact from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email before coming.

CLEANING PRODUCTS / BULK STATION  

It is possible to shop for your cleaning products from your home. We can ship your order or choose to pick up your order in-store WITHOUT CONTACT from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email before coming.

Health measures in force :

IN-STORE
-More rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedure.  Our installations are disinfected several times a day with special attention to high contact (Disinfection of the cash counter and payment terminal after each customer)
-Handwashing with antiseptic gel and wearing a mask are mandatory for all clients.
-Our employees are provided with personal protective equipment when necessary.
-Addition of protective screen at the cash counter.


HOME DELIVERY
- We ask all our customers to respect a distance of 2 meters at all times with our delivery team.
- Before each delivery, our deliverymen disinfect their hands with an antiseptic gel and they wear a mask when accessing your home. Please wear yours too.
- We only deliver to the Montreal area. This inconvenience is due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will inform you as soon as our appliance deliveries can restart towards Quebec and Canada.
